Just turn them all on and watch what they do...
Must agree with you when you say that this AI doesn´t cheat but is miles (or kilometers since im EUropean)away from the AI in other games like MOO2, CIV2 or SMAC ( I think the AI cheats a lot in the higher levels at least in this games).
I respect MM for trying to do a challanging AI that doesn't cheat but the road is only half done. Must say again that I like the game but don't love it.
Gonna try to get time to play it now with Mephisto and Sergetti Last mods...

PS: Dracus, thanks for the clarification. I agree with you that BS as nothing to do with the web, but where would I found it written without being on the web.
