EDIT: Maybe you can upload the savegame and PM, i will check it out. We arent enemies, so no worries. I would hate to see you leave.
EDIT2: According to my intel, you might be missing the according unit sprites for the guys your hero summons. Check the mod files for the hero and check with units he spawns. Then check to which sprites this units refer and check if you have the sprite. If you want, PM me, and i will archive up a fixed folder for you. In that case, PM the savegame to me.
