Well it was a thought. Given that Atlantis at least isn't in direct conflict with Agartha, I wouldn't see it as a major problem. More so with Niefel, though.

Well, their homeland
is full of Maenads. But yeah, they still have their globals, plenty of summoned stuff, and top research. I can see how it would have been hugely demotivating to end up where they are from where they were five turns ago, but for someone jumping in it'll be like a pretty cool scenario, "you've lost your homeland, can you take it back, and also deal with this guy you're invading" style.
