You are viewing the v1 version of the OOB's !!
Those OOB's still had units that had start dates PAST the end date of the game ( that was a holdover from when we started all this back in 1998 and the game ran to 12/49 ) They
did not show up in the game but they did show up if you were looking at them with MOBHack. The unit you are referring to ( unit 123 ) was finally removed from the OOB in 2009 when we did some housecleaning of useless units and anything with a start date of
5/47 is useless in a game with an end date of
12/46
When you patch the game to the current version ( v5 ) your problem will go away as will no doubt a few other problems you might find
