Heres a thought if its not to hard add a note system for remembering suspected units locations between sessions, its not vital just saves flipping out of the game to note it down. Possible way might be an extra screen in the bombard menu letting you place "gold spots". Possibly with little generic drawings on, tank, IFV, SAM, Arty, ATGM, AT gun, infantry (for sniper & RPG teams) If you so wanted could put different coloured borders or backgrounds as a further jog. Say Red = sure of location Blue = Rough area.
