I tried some testing with this -- it worked surprisingly well. Druids start with Prec 12 and eye+eagle pushes it up to 22. I can actually hit stuff, wow.
That's awfully generous of you, btw, giving me ideas on how to beat you. OK, ideas on how not to lose to you so quickly.
