Interest is still there, but the focus is on the PARS 6x6 for their NEW Recon vehicle program. In your second ref

I have been keeping an eye on PARS 8x8 for Turkey for sometime now, also because it was a contender in the first USA GCV Program competition and also because the USMC was taking a look at it as well when the EFV Program was in trouble and after it's eventual termination.
I further draw your attention to the Maylasia OOB
UNITS 30-32. as these would be ready made for Turkey.
