Mobhack -> Help Menu -> Help.
Read the
Tool Bar Buttons & Menu Items Section, under the paragraph entitled
Save Button.
Also, simply hovering the mouse over the various tool-bar buttons for a few seconds will show "pop-up" help messages as to their functions and keyboard short-cuts.
