It's in the Game Guide's Tutorial section, under "Bombardment Screen" and the more detailed "Bombardment screen, spotters screen" where it walks you through how to plot the UAV which is provided in that scenario.
All players are expected to at least have read through this, even if they don't bother to play the actual scenario itself, since
many key game mechanisms are explained in the tutorial walk-through.

The Game Guide is your user manual, and can be launched by going to the Help Tab of the Game Options Launcher programme, and then pressing the button labelled "Game Manual".
NB - It is best if you play the tutorial scenario in Windowed Mode, with the GG opened in the browser - its much easier to swap between the game and the browser in that mode than in full-screen.
