Default what is "1/10th SS Frundsberg"?
I'm a Chinese and eager to bring the great game to China, so I started to translate the scenario texts into Chinese.

In scenario 011, WinSPWW2, there's something that I don't understand:SS Rifle Kompanie 2 of the 1/10th SS Frundsberg

I know Frundsberg, and Rifle Kompanie, too.But, what's the meaning of "1/10th"? There's no such thing in Chinese.
