Scenario 062 The Plains before the Rhine 2/45

The topic of this scenario 062 is very interesting but a mistake was made on the occasion can be a patch.
Here's what happened to me.
Taken without too much trouble from the first village Then towards the second. Along the way, meeting with two armored enemies followed German troops. Destruction of the group, taking carefree village (deserted!) Then continued to the third village. Again encounter enemy troops moving on the road.
It is a scenario advance / delay so I do not understand why German troops leave their positions.
Opening the scenario editor (there are many Player 1 Advances in understanding where Player 2 Delay), German deployment and access to the force structure by pressing the H key
The turn Reaction is 99. I Pull the Reaction button and a choice is offered to me 99 = AI decided or 98 = AI will never react
I change all German units in reaction turn 98, I save and I raise the scenario to check. And there is no problem, the German units wisely waiting for me instead of coming to meet me.
