However, the suppressive power of Karl Morser is a bit limited by its slow rate of fire. Multiple rocket launcher (like 21 cm nebelwefer), with less bang per shot but higher rate of fire, might be a handier choice if you want a lot of suppression in a given area.

Flame weapons also seem to have superior suppression effect, compared to other weapons with similar stats. This can also be seen in their point cost - compare German flame rockets with ordinary rockets for example. Of course with most flame weapons, getting close enough to use them can be a bit of a challenge.

Based on my experience, it seems that armoured vehicles are better suppressed by weapons with some armour penetration capability - or at least my anti-tank rifles seem to be better at making enemy tanks to button up than small arms fire.

Also, one of the best ways to cause suppression is to cause damage or casualties to the enemy - making snipers better in suppressing role than you would think based on their stats.
