I was inspired by
Shahadi's USS Bataan scenario ideas and started to play at designing a series of amphibious scenarios based around a LHD type vessel. I have run in to a limitation however and need to ask:
Am I doing something wrong? or is this a limitation of the engine? or a "Bugette"?
Whilst I can recover amphibious troops/vehicles with helos, hovercraft, barges, etc I cannot seem to unload/disembark them at sea.
I would love to drop SEALs, Rhibs, etc off from a helo or LC in water and allow them to make their own way to the objective, or boarding actions Vs Somali pirates!
