Scenario Update Question
I'm working at updating all the scenarios that use the USMC OOB.
In many cases (such as the already done scenario #37) it's just a matter of redoing the formations and adding a handful of units so it shouldn't have much effect on the scenario balance.
However some would require some rather extensive revision, thus the opposition should be redone as well.
The one I'm currently working on is Scenario #077 "Marines Return to North Korea" 01/2004 by C.B. Blackard.
Since I have no idea how to contact the scenario author to ask permission to revise the scenario should I just leave it as is or should I rebuild it?
