Default OOB 11 - Russia - lacks individual recon vehicle BRDM-2
Known as popular in recon unit Soviet army such as vehicle BRDM-2.
I beg to make individual BRDM-2 (without foot patrol unit) in section MISC.
For example in subsection - Wheeled APC.

Now BRDM-2 is the only Recce section of four vehicles.
