A couple ideas
How about something akin to Multi-Add for the set moveto of spaceyards so you can set the movetos of multiple spaceyards to the same waypoint simultaneously?
I know this is a little quibble, but why not calculate res/intel completion time more accurately? If you spend 10K on 1 project and 20K on the next because you have 30K points, then the 2nd project will say 3 turns to completion even though it should be 2
