I don't know what it was that made the Space Vikings friendly at first. But I was real supprised when I went MEE and the took a planet in my home system. The bastards didn't even have the decency to use a transport hull, the troops were on a cruiser.

It caught me completely by suprise and made me so mad I had to walk away from the computer for a little bit.

I used long range scanners to make troop ship destruction a top priority after that.
