My preferences are:
* Any teck Mod but specilly like d-mode
* Turn base Play vs the AI
* Large Galaxy
* 5000 Racial points
* Max or mid number of AI and Neutral races
* High or mid AI diffucult same for bonus.
* Low start resources, Good planet, but only 1
* Low tech cost, low start tech.
