Yes, and I still do not understand why MM made this change ?? - nobody asked for it for God sake !!!!!
In case somebody is missing what we are talking about - many, many patches ago it was possible to deploy satellites around planet in different Groups, providing some kind of planetary defence. But at some moment they start to bungle up in one place - usually on the opposite side of the planet you want them to be.
