I think, that if one is
really eager to play Hungarians (not being one of them), he would play them anyway, checking each unit what's inside
If not, it means he was not eager enough
IMO: too much unnecessary work, but it's up to you (unless there is someone knowing Hungarian language on the forum, who would translate all names).
As for OrPo - I'd vote for keeping them, maybe in a reduced number (maybe there's no need of two Pz-I and two French Marders differing in colors only - if OrPo used tank destroyers at all...)
