Its an
obviously dead thread. From a poster who has been gone a while. So resurrecting it is therefore rather a pointless exercise.
Leave dead threads like this alone - we dont need zombies!.
However, leaving it alone just in case the OP returns and wishes to revive it himself, is valid.
