Saxon should offer up a good marketing/sales quote something like....
"The dominance of SEIVG as a 4X game meant that I had to buy it before I left the country. Waiting even a few weeks more, would have meant the loss of many countless hours of enjoyment."
Then get him to agree to it and sign.
