From the Boeing site below the AH-64A/D is listed as 284kph/AH-64E is listed as "Maximum Level Flight Speed-More than 150 knots (279 kilometers per hour)" to answer the base question here.

So there could be some adjustments needed and as you can also see the military doesn't have "exclusive rights" to helicopter speeds.
