This is true of all the Avenger HMMWV in other OoBs too (USMC, Egypt, Iraq, Taiwan) - I think 10 ammo is perhaps equivalent to a 200 round drum. Seems they carry a LOT of missiles though!
My understanding is the early ones had 200 MG rounds and later ones 650.
(can't find, on a quick look, anywhere where its stated how many missile reloads they carry - just 4 "ready to fire")
