Its actually 1/3 of the game for points to be applied in the defence, then doubled at 2/3 into the game.

In a delay, the points start getting credited at 1/4 of the way through.

In the delay and defence, only the defender gets credited (the attacker denies points to him by taking objectives from him)

In a meeter, its from turn 3 onwards that points get credited. Both players should be getting points for any held objective here.
