I've wondered if you could design a totally pacifistic race. They would use only engine destroyers, shield depleters/disrupters, and weapon destroyers. Anyone (well any A.I) at war with them would soon be bankrupt by the fleets of empty hulls littering space. The hard part would be surviving long enough to achieve the tech. This would be an ideal race file for a shipset built around Mork from Ork

Hmm... would a race with high repair proficiency and a repair bay on each ship (based on the Coneheads, of course) give them a problem.

Or would the Rage just steamroll over them with their polaron light cruisers
