Well, I had a couple of observations prepared and did not mean to go deep... but as I started to dig, and found several good Internet resources, I got a bit carried away
I guess this OOB was long forgotten and it needed to be done (like these fictional tanks). On the other hand, it's me, who is wasting time researching info and giving results
, while you can just ignore it - or apply one day, if you find it worthy. So, forgive, and eventually skip ahead.
There's not much left - a bit on partisans and vehicles.
