intel operations
I could use some clarification on Intell operations. Counter Intel ops lvl 3 states "Defensive ops within an empire to prevent enemy intell ops. Counter Intell will prevent attacks while it is in progress."
To me this implies that while the operation is u being built/ constructed that I will have protection. However, I noticed that the more intell points I put into the build of this counter intel operation the shorter the build time for it. Do I get protection during its contstruction? Somehow I dont think so, but If I only get protection after its built, how long does it Last? where can i see this? I hope this was clear. It was a bit hard to describe.
