This is pretty much the final Version for now (yeah, I know, I've said this before. Only thing I am still working on is Capital Ship Mounts for weapons only affecting the 2 Rate of Fire weapons).
Added: 5 levels of Miniturization for Components and Missiles.
Religious Mounts for Shields and PD,
3 Levels of Armor mounts (including one that allows 1kt size armor)
