Since I don't like "Wiki" and concerning the Philippines I can offer the following below as a start point. You need to take into account the Philippines have very little to no defense industry capabilities and almost 100% of their defense equipment is imported so the second ref. by far will be your best source of information under the database tab to the weapons transfer database section from 1946 - 2016.
