It takes (sometimes) time and patience to click every tech you've researched to give to your partner.

My current solution is to madly click the mouse button while moving the mouse down the list.
You get some items twice, but that's no big deal.

On the other side, your partner will be spammed with "useless tech, sire" Messages from all the stuff he's already got, but that's filterable, and not your problem
