Should we be increasing the rounds' HE kill rating for many systems to account for programmable ammo?
i.e. 120mm DM11 multi-purpose high explosive, M829A4 armour-piercing, M-337 HE-MP-T, APAM, 'Ainet'; 40mm Bofors, CT40, Super 40 Bushmaster; 35mm Oerlikon's AHEAD; 25mm PABM, etc
