Regarding Panzerprogramm 41...
I started digging online and located it, first in the German Federal Archives, and then a NARA Microfilm copy of it from when we had the German Records after WWII and made copies.
I looked up the NARA reel; and found out that I had ordered a copy of that reel...back in 2016.
I seem to have a knack for putting my finger on things I'll need later.
