the "1" in 150 indicated it can carry guns ( a 2 would allow it to carry vehicles ) The max number of men that can be carried in any transport is 99 so a unit that is given 150 can carry guns and infantry up to a 50 count. 255 is the highest number that can be used but a 1 at the front limits that to men and guns to 199 but allowing vehicles to be loaded limits the count to 255.
