Interesting. On all my browsers that link shows

403 Forbidden

even with ProtonVPN running ( US based IP)

EDIT: Interesting, disturbing and annoying not necessarily in that order

If I set the VPN to a Netherlands IP I can see it

I am feeling the cold dead hand of the nanny-state at work here...
