On the opposite side of the "
spectrum" since at least June of last year Russia has been using their active versions of the
S-300 to attack land targets by
adding a GPS component to the warhead.

(Claims the system can also attack to at 10km min. range.)Russian

(This from Belarus in OCT. 2011.)
Also, since about December last year, the same has been adapted for the
S-400 series
both of which provides for a long-range capability of at least
120-150km or more depending on missile type used. The
S-400 missiles can hit targets out to
400km.

The same has been adapted for the Russian Navy launched
Anti-Ship missiles this to would only require a
minor reconfiguration to be made.
The accuracy would fall in the category of "
Close enough for Government Work" against
soft targets in a wider space "
bombardment" mode.
And of course, this causes for us further headaches. Brought to us by the Russians due to the
shortages in multiple type Land Attack missiles.
The "
coin" does have two sides.

non-descript delivery truck. MOST EXCELLENT!
The
NEW DEAL:

(Typical of the rest NOTE what it says about Ukrainian training goals for '23.)
We're doing the same now,
