Generated campaign or user made?
If you can open the save in the editor you can edit units.
Simplest way I can think of is
--> click on the HQ unit.
--> hit D on your keyboard
--> click UNIT LEADER
--> click Rank
--> enter 10 (should be General rank)
Think you'll have to fiddle with the save file and make it scenario, do your edits and then change things back to the save file. Maybe jump into the editor and try it out on some random HQ to see if this is what you want first. |
