November 2, 2023 mini game update SPWW2 V16.5a

This is a new Mid release WinSPWW2 EXE that will show WinSPW2 v16.5a when it is loaded

This one has the terrain junk fix that the last one did but this also corrects the vanishing Multi Hex building issue that has plagued the game for decades

The first EXE we issued has been removed to avoid confusion

If you DL'd the terrain junk fix and want the multi-building fix as well DL and extract this to your main game folder
