Maybe it's time to read the game guide. Armour in this game is in Centimeters and starts at 1 and as you should know 1cm = 10mm
AP is not used for standard infantry weapons like rifles and LMG's
Trucks have ZERO armour unless they are armoured and the vast majority are not

SERIOUSLY??? Have you even played the game?
Build a scenario.... buy trucks for your side. You do not have to load them with your own troops..... set up the other side with infantry that have rifles , SMG and light MG
Drive the trucks toward the enemy infantry and watch what happens to the trucks then consider the question you asked.
