Wondering if there is significance to the different ways the Triagular markings on the tank hulls are applied...... one is flat topped the other pointed top.

It could be as simple as the stencils were issued without instructions OR these are from two different units and how that marking was applied shows that..... That said there are photos with the marking applied both ways and that could be just happenstance or deliberate......
