Fallout Re: MBT's

Good to know I'm as smart as AI-I THINK!?!

Nice breakdown by the AI but for now I'd like to draw my own conclusions and interpretations from the data.

Exercises my brain to seek alternative perspectives i.e. the "what ifs" etc.

To many studies are out there and validated to suggest if you don't challenge your brain, it'll potentially go "soft" on you which the long haul could lead to such things as Alsheimer's/Demeshia (AD).

A good outlook/attitude in life is important to as studies suggest something my mom didn't always have later in life.

Physically she was very fit, but life didn't turn out the way she thought it would, and she stopped reading, playing games and such until she got AD.

After three years in a facility one day her brain couldn't remember
to tell her throat muscles how to swallow.

Well, I leave the rest to you.

I'll do my own thinking and draw my own conclusions rightly or wrongly, stay positive and maintain a Positive Fxxxing Mental Attitude (PFMA) AT ALL TIMES!!

Regards,
Pat
