China just held a massive parade to mark the 80th Anniversary of the end of WWII; a lot of new hardware was showcased; a good portion of them designed to defeat UAVs/FPVs/etc.
My personal opinion: What we're seeing here is the "first" generation of mobile AAA designed to defeat the UAV/FPV/C-UAS threat. This generation is optimized for mobile deployment to defend rear area infrastructure (FOBs and such) -- similar to how the US put Phalanx on a trailer to protect FOBs during the GWOT.

From doing some quick reading around it appears that the LY-1 is a "mobile" version of a naval shipborne laser system; but there's precious little available about it's specs (power level) etc in open UNCLASS forums.

Also showing up was the Hurricane-3000 High-Power Microwave (HPM) Weapon System by NORINCO:
No specs; but I believe that little radar array on top is what detects and tracks targets for the main radar.
Versions of the Hurricane 3000 were publicly shown during testing earlier this year:
=======================
"OW5-A10" Laser Mengshi -- laser output might be 10 KW.
================
"OW5-A50" Laser HMV3 -- laser output might be 50 KW.

Unknown C-UAS SPAAG -- 24 x low cost interceptor missiles + large caliber autocannon.
