I just downloaded Atrocities set and he has two sets of DesignCreation.txt and Research.txt files. One set is mine but contains an error in the Research.txt file as a Tech Area called "Special Technology" is referred to instead of "Borg Technology". This maybe the error you have encountered as the Components in his files are still tied to Borg Technology, not Special technology.
If this is the cause of your error, please use the new files I have uploaded into the Races Archive.

Yes, I think I mentioned earlier that I had downloaded v1.77, which used your AI with Atrocities set. I also noticed the Borg Technology/Special Techology thing, but I wasn't sure if that was really the problem and didn't want to edit the text file without knowing. I just downloaded your latest Version, and I want to thank you. I haven't even run into these Borg yet in my game, but now that I have the latest Version of the AI, I'm sure it will be memorable. Thanks
