I'm just wondering this, i bet you thinkim trying to make you sound dumb, and i bet im wrong and am really stupid for asking htis, but does your ship have boarding parties/whatever passes as this in P&N? also, maybe it is having some problems with pathfinding/secondary strat, try putting on a weapon??? or just try it in stock to make sure it works there for you as well.

EDIT: I'm dumb! i didn't even read you're reply to your post explaining how you figured it out, wow can we say "SUPER STUPID DAVID!"
