Default Possible 1.78 BUG
While doing some testing for my new CryOrg Hell mod I came upon a little 'bug'. Basicly I had reduced components sizes so that more fit on the usual ship. Thus colonizers started out with cloaking devices off the bat in a high tech game.

While coasting thru the AI's turns errors came up in every one about 'cannot colonize a planet while cloaked'.

Wasn't this taken care of back in the days of the cloaked minesweeper bug??
