2 questions
- How do you turn Cloaking on when installed on a ship or base?
- Can you have more than 1 Repair Bay on a ship or base?
- If you can have more than one - do the effects stack or does it repair more than one ship/base at a time?
- Typically - a repair ship has to fleet with a ship. However - since we can't fleet bases with ships in 1.78 - can bases with repair bays still repair ships?
