Heh, no offense to your game owner, but it's so easy a squirrel could do it. All he needs to do is go to the Game Admin screen and hit the grey button in the middle of the page that says "Execute the next turn!"

Forgive me, I wasn't saying that he doesn't know HOW to, only that he may not know that he NEEDS to because of the problems he is experiencing getting Online or whatever.
