Sorry for going a little off topic, but I have a Phased shields question...
Do phased shields work against anything other than phased weapons (PPBs)? Will all other weapons bypass them totally?
More specifically, will they stop boarding parties?
I would think shield depleters work against both types of shields, is this correct?
