There are TWO images involved in displaying each component. The seperate picture is shown in the information screen. The small images used in a ship's component list come from a single BMP containing reduced Versions of all component images. It's in the same directory with the numbered images. So, you have to make smaller Versions of your components (36 X 36 pixels, I think?) and put them in the numerically proper place in the "integrated" list of smaller images.
