Yup. Its a one-way WP. Rare but there. I've only encountered these twice - both times leading to a dead end system.
Unfortunately, once it was with my main fleet in n asteroid system (no planets) and couldn't use it until I researched stellar manip to open a new WP. Bummer!!!
